A gold digger causes havoc in high society.

Joan Fontaine plays the lead to great effect in this tale of a gold digger's rise and subsequent fall. The other lead actors are all wonderfully portrayed, but this is a hard to film to watch without shouting out to characters who are being taking for a ride.
